Fruity Mocktails Recipes

Mocktails are an easy way to reduce the amount of sugar you consume on a night out without losing the fun of drinking! They will also help you avoid a hangover the next day.

Passion-fruit Shaker

Ingredients 

  • 2 passionfruit, seed and juice removed
  • 1 tsp rice malt syrup
  • 2cm ginger, finely chopped, plus more slices to serve
  • 5 mint leaves, plus extra to serve
  • 1/2 lime, juiced
  • Sparkling water

Method: 

  1. Add rice malt syrup with a dash of boiling water to a jug. Stir until syrup dissolves.
  2. Add the passion fruit, ginger, mint and lime juice.
  3. Top with soda water
  4. Serve with extra ginger slices and mint leaves.

No-Booze Blueberry Mojito

Ingredients 

  • 1 tsp rice malt syrup
  • 150g fresh blueberries, plus extra to serve
  • 1/2 lime, juiced
  • 6 mint leaves, plus extra to serve
  • Soda water

Method:

  1. Place rice malt syrup and a dash of boiling water into a jug. Stir until syrup dissolves.
  2. Add in blueberries, mint and lime and mush then together
  3. Add in ice to fill and top with soda water.
  4. Pour in two glasses and garnish with extra berries and mint leaves to serve.
